Sophie & Matt

We may not be in Italy right now enjoying a shot of limoncello… or are we?! Trust me, you can just about taste it (maybe I did on this day, maybe I didnt!). Sophie and Matt’s Seacliff House wedding was inspired by the summer vibes of a European holiday with beautiful blue skies and rolling green hills to match. To be honest I wouldn’t blame you if you feel confused if you actually were! The NSW South Coast can have that effect.

I got to know Sophie and Matt over a few zoom calls and my story telling process, I knew straight away that capturing the importance of being themselves was important and this gave me some very interesting idea’s on how to incorporate more of what made Sophie and Matt truly Sophie and Matt!

This is what they had to say about me - “Tim made our film exactly how we wanted it. He asked us questions prior to the day that helped us form an idea of what we liked and nailed it with the final result. Not only was the film more than perfect it was so fun creating it with him. He made us laugh, he took away the "awkwardness" and just made it feel like we were hanging out with each other and our mates. That's what made the video so genuine and unique to us - we were able to be ourselves and have a good time doing it.”

You’ve got to be happy with a testimonial like that and I feel so humbled I get to actually call this my ‘job’. Seriously. Sophie and Matt’s wedding was a bloody vibe. They had an incredible vendor team that just absolutely nailed it. Good vibes all around, the energy was high and one of my favourite moments was singing ‘Country Roads’, the boys footy theme song during canapes.

The speeches! Such kind words and good laughs!

Cried. Laughed. Loved it.

Let’s chat about your vendors, how did they all do?

Stand outs were our photographer, videographer, and the food and drinks!!!

What would you say to couples who are on the fence about booking a videographer for their wedding?

A wedding film needs to be unique and personal to you. Book Tim, not only is he fabulous but such a nice guy as well!

KIND WORDS

‘Tim made our video exactly how we wanted it. He asked us questions prior to the day that helped us form an idea of what we liked and nailed it with the final result. Not only was the end product more than perfect it was fun creating it with him. He made us laugh, he took away the "awkwardness" and just made it feel like we were hanging out with each other and our mates. That's what made the video so genuine and unique to us - we were able to be ourselves and have a good time doing it.’
